The College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs at the University of Illinois at Chicago is a nationally recognized innovator in education, research, and engagement in support of the nation's cities and metropolitan areas.
CUPPA Magazine is a bi-annual publication and the college's most primary public vehicle to create awareness for developing issues concerning urban planning affairs. The magazine's design was over 5 years old and in July, 2006 MCD began a complete redesign. This is the Fall 2006 issue and the first to implement the new look.
