Wheeling is on the move. MCD was hired by the Wheeling, Illinois Department of Economic Development to create a book that promoted Wheeling's many new infrastructure improvements and it's accessibility to downtown Chicago.
Also part of the collateral package was a set of inserts highlighting Wheelings municipal departments and a folder for mailing the complete campaign.
